📦 Shipping & Delivery

We work to make every order experience simple and reliable, from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door.

Order Processing

Orders typically require 3–5 business days for processing, preparation, and packaging before shipment.

Estimated Delivery

  • U.S. Orders
    Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx and generally arrive within 15–20 business days after processing.

  • International Orders
    International deliveries typically take 15–30 business days, depending on the destination and fulfillment location.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery windows, unexpected delays can sometimes occur due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, customs, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Every shipped order includes tracking information. Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details.

You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your shipment status.

Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Please email info@trooheal.com with the subject line “CANCEL MY ORDER”. Requests received after this window may not be eligible for cancellation.

Shipping Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make the correction before shipment.

Once an order has entered transit, we’re unable to guarantee changes to the delivery address.

Delivery Attempts

Carriers generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undeliverable package to the sender.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item so our team can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement.
